Eaglewood is a middle-class neighborhood in Houston, Texas. Built in the early 2000’s the community is comprised of over 800 homes and includes a community pool, playground, and park.

The Eaglewood subdivision is located in vibrant Fort Bend County, Texas, and is served by good school, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. 

Eaglewood Homeowners Association, Inc., in the governing body for the subdivision, charged with managing community resources and enforcing deed restrictions.  All owners of Eaglewood property are members of the Association and almost all are eligible to seek leadership positions with the organization.  The Association encourages its members to get involved with the organization and work to make Eaglewood a premier community in the greater Houston areas.
